Payment is required in advance to access the services provided by Dr.Anytime. Your booking(s) for a session will be confirmed only when payment has been received by Dr.Anytime.

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund

Session Reschedule
At Dranytime, we understand the importance of flexibility for our users. Therefore, we offer the option to change session times to accommodate your schedule better. If you need to reschedule a session, we will process your request based on the time you propose, considering its relation to the original session time. However, please note that our policy does not include refunds for rescheduled sessions. We encourage you to utilize the rescheduling option to make the most of your appointments and ensure they align with your availability.

Initiation of Session Reschedule

Rescheduling: Within 24 hours of the scheduled session-
For rescheduling sessions within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we kindly ask you to book a new session and complete the necessary payment, if applicable. Please ensure that you submit your rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled session. Please note that our policy does not include refunds for rescheduled sessions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Session Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation By The User
Book a new session with the same expert: Users can choose to reschedule their session by booking a new appointment with the same expert. This option allows them to maintain their connection with the expert and receive the desired support or guidance. It’s important to note that these options are available specifically for sessions that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Different cancellation policies or options may apply for sessions cancelled with shorter notice periods.

In the event that a session is cancelled by an Dr.anytime expert, allowing the user to:

Book a session with the same expert:
Users have the option to schedule a new session with the same expert. This ensures continuity of support and allows them to benefit from the expertise they were seeking.

Refunds: Duplicate payment
Once the user notifies Dr Anytime Team about the duplicate payment, the refund process will be initiated promptly. The duplicate payment refund will be credited back to the user’s account through the original method of payment. Please note that it may take approximately 7 to 15 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the user’s account. Kindly be aware that this option is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to resolve this matter and ensure a smooth refund process for you.

Session Delayed/Technical Issues
In the event that a booked session on the Dr.anytime platform is not completed entirely due to unforeseeable reasons from Dr.anytime’s end, users can contact Dr.anytime’s support team at support @Support@dranytime.in Once the support team receives the information regarding the situation, they will carefully assess the details and come to a decision regarding the best course of action. Please be aware that depending on the specific circumstances, it is possible that no refund will be issued. The resolution will be based on a thorough evaluation of the situation and will be determined with fairness and consideration for all parties involved.

It’s important to note that these policies are subject to a case-by-case evaluation, as the circumstances and reasons for incomplete sessions can vary. By providing necessary details and communicating with the support team, users can ensure that their concerns are addressed and a suitable resolution is reached.
