Sometimes we don’t even realize that we are suffering because we have treated ourselves- to a target at some point of life where suffering is normal instead of highlighting the symptoms and asking for help. And that’s the reason we always choose to suffer over care.
We have made a perception that only those who have the worst symptoms can go for therapy.
Really? Are we waiting to get to that point in life to suffer more where we will suffer more?
Because no one shows us how to be kind to our mind. We need to normalize the conversation around Mental Health
so that we feel comfortable discussing it. Or it should be treated normally. So we don’t need to think much about society and how they will label us crazy or weak. It should be in our control how people see us.
